In the last year, many advancements have been made in hematology!
Our objective is to provide high quality education and opportunity to network with our colleagues.
This year’s CMH‑NP Conference will once again focus on delivering high‑quality, clinically relevant education. Sessions will highlight updates in hematologic cancer care, including emerging therapies and standards of practice across leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma. The program will also feature content related to stem cell transplant, CAR‑T therapy, and other rapidly evolving therapeutic modalities.
Our guest speakers will provide a wealth of knowledge and expertise to optimize treatments for our patients.

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
We invite you to submit an abstract for poster presentation at the 2026 CMH-NP Annual Conference taking place Sept 25-26, 2026 in Toronto.
Poster presentations may be submitted within the following categories focused on nurse practitioner practice in malignant hematology:
- Clinical practice
- Education
- Quality improvement/research
- Leadership
Abstract submissions for poster presentation should be no more than 2000 characters (approximately 230 words). The final deadline to submit your abstract is July 24, 2026. Poster format details (printed poster) will be provided to presenters once abstracts have been accepted.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This meeting has been designed to meet the educational needs of hematologists, oncologists, general practitioners in oncology and other health care providers involved in the management of patients with lymphoproliferative and plasma cell disorders.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Highlighting both recent research findings elucidating the pathophysiology of these diverse diseases, as well as changes in therapeutic advances that have had a large impact in the management of our patients.
